Communications Corporation is a leading broadcaster of religious
programming and informative talk. The company owns and operates commercial
radio stations in major markets throughout the Unites States.
Position
Summary: Assist department heads with various tasks
that will give intern candidates an overall knowledge and experience of the
department.
Interns accepted into the program must be enrolled in a college or
university, must be of junior or senior status and are able to receive college
credit towards graduation for hours worked.
Interns will need to commit to a 3-month internship program. and need
be available a minimum of 20 hours per week.
We are accepting internships for the following positions or we can
customize a program that fits your Broadcasting/Communications education:
Promotions and Marketing
Board Operator
Production
Sales Assistant
Salary: Interns will not be paid wages for the period of the internship, and will work no longer than 40 hours per week
Requirement of Position: Requires working some evenings and weekends (promotions), Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Powerpoint and Internet. Must be 18 years or older and able to follow company policies and procedures.
Personality Traits: Must be dependable, flexible, work well under pressure, communicates well, organized and has a high energy level.
