Communications Seattle is seeking individuals with previous outside sales
skills to sell advertising time to local businesses and advertising agencies If
you’re a sales professional with at least 2 years outside sales experience
living in or moving to King/Pierce County and desire to become part of a sales
organization that is making a real difference in the local community, then we
want you to become part of our radio advertising and marketing team!
Reports to: General Sales Manager
Compensation: Guaranteed draw plus commission is available for exceptional performance along with a full benefits package and a positive work environment. This is a Salary, Exempt position
Requirement of Position: The successful candidate will have a background in sales and/or marketing, ability to demonstrate previous success selling an intangible product, excellent prospecting skills, enjoy relationship building and be a superb problem solver. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with computer proficiency. Training in radio ad sales and radio advertising is available for qualified candidates.
Personality Traits: Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, well organized, a team player, a positive attitude and a passion for our stations.
